where art thou: Have you seen Carlos Concepcion lately?

 

 

 

I bet when I say Carlos Concepcion,  you may have double thoughts on when and where you’ve heard nor seen this Drew Arellano look-alike. He has a short showbiz stint wherein he was introduced as one of the ‘SOP BOYS’ which includes Marco Morales and gorgeous model/import Bruno. What I know, based on his online profiles from bloggers, Carlos Concepcion is a designer and came from a well-to do family so showbiz isn’t really the last resort.  

 

Last year, one of his full interviews that I have watched were through a local network (Q-11) afternoon talk show ‘MOM’S’ hosted by Lani Mercado, Shelilyn Reyes and Manilyn Reynes. He was one of the best speakers and commentator amongst the five and gave well-honed answers to quirky questions. It’s a reflection of his well-polished background. I wonder where he is right now….

I just hope that i could watch him once again in another indie film.  The last film i drooled over him were through ‘ANG LIHIM NI ANTONIO’

He is one of the most bankable sexy stars in local cinema in the early 90’s who stars on various films including Talong (eggplant),  Aray! (ouch) and Tikim (ahhhmmm….kayo na ang bahalang magtranscribe sa ingles…).  However, one movie had made him internationally famous – ‘Burlesk King’.  until now, you can buy the video at www.barnesandnoble.com.

 

Leonardo Litton has a certain boyish charisma that has surely captivated the fantasies of both women and gay men.  I should know…. because i still have his G magazine pictorial that i kept in a box.  Marami rin kaming pinagsamahan ng magazine na yun kung saan siya ang cover… bringing back old memories.

 

His last name may have ring a bell since its patterned with a famous local columinist and host – Johnny Litton but he has surely made a mark in the local industry as one of the most ‘daring’ starlets.  Bakit naman hindi…may ipapakita naman eh.
