Recently, my social media is flooded with guys who appears in Showtimes “eXpecially for you”. either they are searchee, searcher or simply one of the guys from the the searchee’s box. So needless to say, i have this idea to create a series of post for these hunks na either nag trending or tickled the fancies of netizen. With that being said, let me start with this guy…

Lloyd Figueras, Mister Teenager Universe Philippines 2023, hails from Laoag City. A radio broadcast journalist, tourism ambassador, and commercial model, he’s also pursuing a Nursing degree. Lloyd’s compassionate spirit shines through his visits to prison facilities, uplifting inmates’ morale with the message that “hanggang may buhay, may pag-asa” (as long as there’s life, there’s hope). He represented the Philippines in the Mister Teenager Universe competition in Bali, Indonesia, showcasing his charisma and advocacy for positive change. 🌟

Michael Ver Comaling, on his journey to snag a crown

Michael Ver Comaling, bitten by the showbiz bug is going through the pageantry route nowadays. Well, with a body and wash board abs like that, i would do so. If i have the same physique of Adonis, i would cash in with this youth early on. He was Mister National Earth 2023 and a finalist for #CenturyTunaSuperbodsBestYouEver. He also starred on an online BL series “My Plantito”

Mister International Organization also formally bestowed Michael Ver Comaling a pageant title as Mister National Universe Philippines 2022. He competed in Thailand for the same year.

I guess we will be looking forward for more of Michael as he is just getting started with the pageantry route.

Michael Ver Anton Abrahan Comaling, known as the “Mr. Pentastic” of Leyte province, is a multi-talented Filipino artist. As an elite athlete, he achieved gold at the 2019 SEA Games in modern pentathlon. His athletic prowess led him to become an adult housemate on Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10. During his 70-day stint in the house, Michael Ver faced challenges thrown by Big Brother, secured immunity, and even won the Head of Household title in Week 19. However, his time in the house was marred by unfavorable perceptions due to his easily angered and oversensitive nature. He also found himself entangled in a love triangle and faced public criticism for alleged backbiting. Despite setbacks, he received a second chance as a wildcard housemate but ultimately finished in tenth place overall in the season¹². 🌟

Anthony Flores, the Man of the Philippines 2018, hails from Angeles City, Pampanga. A 20-year-old college freshman studying Electrical Engineering, he captured hearts with his runway prowess. Anthony’s victory in the Mr. Soltero 2018 fashion show earned him a spot in the prestigious Man of the Philippines 2018 competition¹. His charisma and talent made him a standout contestant, showcasing the best of Filipino masculinity. 🌟

His gorgeous tan stands out from the rest of his competitors and a well defined physique boost his profile as he bags the 2018 Man of the Philippines. There are only a few male candidates who grasp a sun kissed skin tone that break barriers.

Juan Paulo Calma, a 24-year-old bikini male model, represents Manila. He is passionate about basketball, enjoys playing dart, and works as a fitness instructor. Juan Paulo participated in the Man of the Philippines 2022 pageant, and a bunch of other male bikini competition. His dedication to community votes and social media engagement earned him recognition. Although there is another artist named Juan Carlo Calma, who is a Filipino visual artist and architect, it’s essential to distinguish between the two². #COSMOMANILA2022 SETS A HEAT WAVE

The Cosmo Manila King & Queen 2022 event featured 35 official candidates who vied for the coveted titles. The press presentation took place in Quezon City on October 23, where the contestants showcased their charisma and style¹. The grand finals were held at the Skydome SM City North Edsa on November 5, where the winners were crowned. The event was hosted by Michael Bristol, Joy Barcoma, and John Nite, with special guests including Paul Salas, Kris Lawrence, the Sex Bomb New Gen, and Batang Mama². It’s exciting to see how these candidates competed for the prestigious titles in a bikini competition, bringing glamour and energy to the stage³. If you missed the event, you can catch a glimpse of the winners on the Cosmo Manila King and Queen 2022 – Announcement of Winners video on YouTube.

#FBhottie: one hot candidate – Janjep Carlos for #MrGayWorldPhilippines2016

I’m one of the followers of Janjep Carlos even before he joined Mr. Gay World Philippines.  Yup… I don’t care what others may say but I’m one of those gay guys who adores him.

A property consultant, entrepreneur, actor, model and Demi-God all rolled into one.   It’s too obvious why a low-life like me adore such.  Match with his partner in life which is equally deserving with the Demi-God title.  

Hailed from the city of Cavite, Janjep shows his drop dead gorgeous body with ease and confidence.  But aside from his almost perfect to-die for biceps which I hope and dreamt of that someday I’ll have, has too much to offer.  

He is the only guy I know who never get petrified in showing his love and affection to his partner.  In fact, most of his post shows his admiration and compelling love to the guy “who completes him”.  But others tend to shy away from such notion assuming public scrutiny.

His love to his partner also shows his undying love to his family and friends. Most of his post shows his grand reunion with his brothers and parents.  His abundance was offered and shared with friends and coworkers.  He lives the life he choose and never in a million has he shied away from his gender.

So beyond his good looks and ever flawless blemish free skin, he reigns supreme to other candidates as he shows his reality amidst homophobia on local communities.  Some may raise their eyebrows on me but he deserves the title.  He inspires everyone to strive and work hard… Isn’t why we hold such pageants?  Not just to look good in front of the camera but rather serve as an inspiration to others.
